John Israel is founder and Chief Gratitude officer of Mr. Thank You, a consulting firm focused on client and team retention. John is one of the most sought after speakers and trainers who teaches real estate professionals how to achieve Uncommon Loyalty by developing thriving profitable relationships both inside and outside the organization. In 2016, John started a personal social experiment around “human connection” that became a world-wide movement, a book, and TEDx talk titled: The Mr. Thank You Project. John’s Mr. Thank You story has been featured on ABC News, Fox News, Good Morning America, and his clients include global brands such as: Square, Sales Force, Ronald McDonald House and many others. John’s goal is to Re-humanize the workplace and marketplace by teaching people how to express authentic gratitude, respect, and appreciation.

Rachel Coleman is the Emmy Award nominated host, and co-creator of “Signing Time!”, the video series that teaches basic American Sign Language vocabulary to families in an engaging and musical way. The series has been broadcast to millions of viewers through such platforms as PBS stations, Netflix, Nick Jr. In 2015, after raising over a million dollars, Rachel launched www.mydeafchild.org providing an innovative online American Sign Language curriculum, free of charge, to parents living within the U.S., raising deaf children ages 35 months and under. From 2018-2021 Rachel was the Executive Director of the American Society for Deaf Children (ASDC), the oldest national non-profit organization providing resources to parents of Deaf children. After learning that their 14 month old child, Liam, was profoundly deaf, the Colemans were told not to have high expectations for their child. They refused to accept that, and for the past 28 years they have been influential in creating a world where, through sign language, children can communicate their needs and be fully understood regardless of their abilities. Rachel lives in Cottonwood Heights, Utah, with her husband Aaron and their 23 year-old daughter Lucy, who has spina bifida and cerebral palsy. Liam Coleman (they/them) is 28 years old. Lives in Rochester, New York with their partner, Lee (they/them). Liam works in video production with a crew that is entirely Deaf, at the National Technical Institute for the Deaf.

Nick Baldwin has been in the real estate industry for 17 years with 700 sales under his belt. He is best known as the co-founder of Lab Coat Agents, one of the largest online communities for real estate agents in the world. Nick has not only been an agent, he has also been a KW Market Center Team Leader and a Regional Tech Trainer (twice). He's most passionate about helping real estate agents grow their business by adopting more technology. He lives in Michigan with his wife Anne, and his two boys, Levi (11) and Gus (8).

Lesley Jackson is an exceptional force in the real estate industry, boasting an impressive career trajectory that spans eight years with Keller Williams (KW). Armed with a Marketing degree and a robust background in the field, Lesley seamlessly transitioned into the world of real estate, leveraging her expertise to excel in the industry. Her journey began upon obtaining her Real Estate License, a pivotal step that marked the commencement of her successful tenure within KW. Joining a Mega team early on, Lesley swiftly established herself as a standout professional, harnessing her marketing acumen to navigate the intricacies of the real estate market. What sets Lesley apart is her multifaceted role within KW. Her proficiency and in-depth understanding of real estate technology led her to assume pivotal positions as a Market Center Tech trainer. Her influence expanded further when she took on the role of a Regional Tech Trainer, overseeing an impressive 23 Market Centers across Colorado. Her expertise and guidance were invaluable in helping real estate professionals harness the power of technology for success in their respective markets. Lesley's commitment to excellence in technology coaching led her to join the MAPS Tech coaching team, where she continued to share her knowledge and empower agents to leverage technology effectively in their businesses. Dan Holguin is a Fitness Coach to high performers and transformational speaker. A former pro-football player, he tragically lost his longtime coach and mentor which forever changed the trajectory of his business career. Since then, he’s led people to lose a ton of weight; literally, over 2,000 lbs in only 5 years and is a 4x Fitness Coach of the Year in Montana. He has spoken at workshops & conferences around the world about his 12 Principles of Sustainability and has been recognized as a 3x finalist in the Top 20 Under 40 Entrepreneurs in Montana. He has been featured on several major media outlets including NBC, MTV & The Discovery Channel. He is a 2x competitor on the hit NBC show, American Ninja Warrior and is currently training for a 240-mile mountain running race in Moab, Utah.

Brandon Smith is an award-winning public speaker, entrepreneur, and author. He hosts "The Missoula Podcast" and he and his wife co-authored the best-selling children's book "Happy as a Hippo." He is a sought-after speaker, known for his ability to motivate and inspire audiences to think differently and reach their full potential. He has 19 years of experience in the insurance industry and currently serves as the EVP of Development & Strategy for Glidewell, a Montana-based insurance and investment firm. He is also the founder of Producer Development Program, a marketing and development program for independent insurance agents, and co-founder of Insurance Agency Owners Alliance, an association of over 8,000 agency owners who innovate and collaborate through live events, webinars, and more. He attended Southwestern University on a basketball scholarship. He is a die-hard Red Sox fan, loves coffee and Wi-Fi, and was once a line leader in second grade. He resides in Missoula, Montana with his wife Joy and their three children Avery, Boston, and Harper.

Having over 40 years in the business world spread throughout Corporate America and entrepreneurship, Theresa brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and practical advice to every presentation. She has mastered business management, real estate investing, REALTOR® sales, and management of a highly profitable 150 agent office. She willingly shares her business and real estate savvy in every course she creates and presents. As a school owner and national trainer, Theresa has over 40,000 hours of live presentations. She is recognized as one of the most inspirational speakers in her field, focused on getting students to take action that will make a difference in their own lives. Course Creators has written nearly 200 Continuing Education courses, IDW’s and keynote presentations. Her passion for real estate has afforded her the opportunity to be a presenter on behalf of NAR and for associations and brokers throughout the country, including 4 years as a Keller Williams BOLD Coach. As a member of the national Real Estate Educators Association (REEA), she has served on the Board of Directors as a Director, Secretary, President and on its Executive Committee. She is a lead instructor for REEA’s Gold Standard Certification IDW program and Gold Standard Leader Train the Trainer, is the subject matter emeritus in Arizona for the nationwide CE Shop online real estate school and authors and co-hosts the bilingual Success Club for Real Estate Agents in the U.S. and Mexico. Theresa also runs TBConsults, LLC providing highly effective coaching programs designed to help individuals actualize what they want most in life. As a published Author, she has released “The Flight Of Your Life”, a book that mirrors her coaching philosophy. Her first book, a Publisher’s Bestseller, "Multiply Your Business", presents 10 new marketing realities for the real estate industry and is bursting with ideas for a new era of lead generation!
